Attention Beef Exhibitors- Attached HERE is the Tyson Affidavit required in order to sell your animal. Please download a copy and complete prior to final weigh-in. Copies will be made available at the fair.

Preregistration needs to be completed by Friday March 20th before weigh-in.

Participants and parents will be required to remain in vehicle.
Sale Committee will unload, weigh, tag and reload animals.
Safety protocols will be followed. Participants will be given a completed copy of their form with weight and tag number

Exhibitor Pre-Fair Weigh In Rules

  •  Exhibitor may weigh in 2 animals. One of those animals will be considered a back-up animal. A back up animal may be shared by a family member. Family member is defined as immediate family

only. Immediate family shall include children, step children, foster children and adopted children.

  • FFA Chapter Barn back up animal. Back-up animal will only be available to the students that are

raising their projects at the FFA Chapter barn. The Chapter may tag a total of 2 lambs or goats as chapter back-ups. FFA Chapter may register 1 back up swine per 5 FFA members. FFA Advisors MUST present a list of the exhibitors that are raising their projects at the Chapter barn when animals are weighed and tagged in pre-fair. If there is no list, they will not be allowed to weigh a back-up.

  • During the weighing of any animal, if there is a question as to the animal’s weight the animal will be

removed from the scale, the scale will be balanced and the animal will be placed immediately back on the scale.
